Job Description

Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.

We are seeking Quality and Reliability Engineers (QRE) for NAND Flash memory products, responsibilities span across following areas:- Responsible for NAND product quality and reliability issues.- Performs risk assessments, defines quality and reliability goals, and enables key decisions that affect product quality and reliability.- Interfaces with process development, assembly and outsource partners to ensure quality and reliability.- Ensures manufacturability through thorough analysis of process and spec corners and works with design and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues before manufacturing ramp.- Monitors end of line quality results and timely detected discrepant issues- Drives implementation of learning into future product designs and manufacturing processes.

This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.

Qualifications

Required Qualification: - Masters or above in Electrical/Electronic, Chemistry, Physics, Material and etc engineering - Basic knowledge of semiconductor process - Hands on experience with electrical failure analysis and debug - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Good data mining skills - Effective communication skills - Effective presentation skills - Ability to work across teams Preferred Qualification: - 2+ yrs relevant work experience - Knowledge of NAND Flash memory and architecture - Experience in Probe and Param data analysis - Excellent communication skills in in both written and spoken English - Demonstrated issue management for cross functional teams - Scripting experience in Python, Perl - Passion in learning
