Job Description

Loyalty Juggernaut Inc. (LJI) is a Silicon Valley-based product company. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for running manual tests, creating test cases, recording test results, and reporting defects. You will also be creating Jira-based reports and dashboards. Understanding SDLC, release cycles, branching strategies and driving testing projects are also part of the role. The company focuses on next-generation loyalty and customer engagement solutions, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities to work with globally recognized brands.

Knowledge of manual testing experience.
Strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Eagerness to learn and adapt.
Good to have API (postman) knowledge.

Must Have:

Run Tests manually and test software
Create Test Cases and record test results
Record defects and monitor them until closure
Create Jira-based reports, dashboards, etc.

What you will OWN:

Run Tests manually and test software
Create Test Cases and record test results Record defects and monitor them until closure
Create Jira-based reports, dashboards, etc.
Understand SDLC, release cycle, branching strategy, branches, and versions and use the knowledge for reliable testing
Drive testing projects out of the Test Management tool

You would make a GREAT FIT if you:

Have 0-1 year of experience
Have knowledge of manual testing or have worked on academic or personal projects related to Manual testing
Have a strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Good to have API (postman) knowledge.
