As the Quality Specialist you will play a key role in improving, maintaining, executing and sustaining the Market QMS processes for Philips ANZ, as well as improving business regulatory compliance and enhancing customer satisfaction.This role is essential for maintaining quality within supplier networks by qualifying sub-processes and conducting audits. You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives that support innovation in quality assurance, while monitoring customer satisfaction through careful data analysis. In addition, you'll manage nonconforming records, execute delivery holds, and ensure nonconformance issues are addressed promptly within specified timelines. You will enjoy a hybrid work environment, staff benefits, personal development and future career opportunities with Philips.### Key Responsibilities:* Conducts and verifies quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures.* Assesses design, compliance, and risk management throughout project phases using data-driven practices like root cause analysis.* Engages in change initiatives, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to enhance departmental processes.* Promotes quality awareness, implementing assurance processes and tools to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.* Applies streamlined quality systems across sites, participating in reviews and reporting for organizational compliance.* Manages warehouse material records, executes delivery holds, and oversees nonconformance management, including timely corrective actions.* Conducts audits of manufacturing processes and finished products to identify and address deviations.* Supports initiatives for uniform methodologies within the supply base to improve operational cohesion and efficiency.* Collaborates with IT for integration and validation of purchasing data, ensuring system functionality and quality adherence.### You're the right fit if:* You will be degree qualified in either Engineering/Science qualification or industry related with at least 3-5 years working experience in Quality Systems/ Quality Assurance role within highly regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharma, Health Sciences)* Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with various stakeholder groups as well as technical writing experience within a medical device environment.* Has understanding and working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 13485, FDA QSR, local ANZ laws as well as experience with Competent Authority medical device regulations.* Familiar with the use of International Quality Management System standards.* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong skills in Data Analytics including decisions and conclusions and high proficiency in MS Office Skills* The ability to work under pressure, dealing with conflicting priorities.### About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
