We’re looking for a Recruiter to connect us with the best talent and power the growth of our studio.
##### For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process);
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media channels, and the LinkedIn platform;
- Lead and manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, initial interview execution;
- Assess candidates on skills, cultural fit, and growth potential;
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports;
- Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs;
- Source passive and active candidates via various sources.
##### What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Gaming industry experience is a must;
Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles;
- Deep understanding of search strategies, knowledge of tools, desire to learn and try new ones;
- Experience of candidate search techniques through networking and job boards;
- High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently;
- Strong presentation and communication skills;
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (all roles within the company);
- Experience in making hires in EU and within EU markets.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ATS;
- Experience of candidate search techniques through social media, applicant tracking systems, Github, etc;
- Strong command of English.
