Job Description

Hypercell Games is a mobile game studio behind some of the most downloaded hybrid-casual and puzzle titles on the market. Our games have millions of users worldwide, and we continue to actively expand. We’re looking for a Recruiter to connect us with the best talent and power the growth of our studio. The role involves managing the full hiring cycle, creating job descriptions, leading interviews, assessing candidates, tracking metrics, and sourcing professionals.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with ATS
  • Experience of candidate search techniques through social media, applicant tracking systems, Github, etc
  • Strong command of English
Must Have:
  • Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates)
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media channels, and LinkedIn
  • Lead and manage the interview process, coordinating schedules and initial interview execution
  • Assess candidates on skills, cultural fit, and growth potential
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports
  • Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs
  • Source passive and active candidates via various sources
  • Gaming industry experience
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Deep understanding of search strategies, knowledge of tools, desire to learn and try new ones
  • Experience of candidate search techniques through networking and job boards
  • High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (all roles within the company)
  • Experience in making hires in EU and within EU markets

##### For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process);
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media channels, and the LinkedIn platform;

##### What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Gaming industry experience is a must;
