ShopMy is a rapidly growing digital marketing platform connecting brands with top talent, recently securing $77m in Series B funding. As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for Strategy & Operations roles, partnering with leadership to build strong talent pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience, contributing to the future growth of the company.

About The Role:

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll own the end-to-end recruiting process for all roles in the Strategy & Operations function. You’ll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and craft an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll play a role in building the teams that will define the future of.

Your Impact To The Role:

  • Recruitment: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Strategy & Operations roles —from sourcing and screening to closing candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source candidates through various channels and build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct in depth interviews and assessments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Candidate experience: Deliver a top notch, smooth and positive experience for all candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with clear communication.
  • Employer Branding: Represent’s values and missions during recruitment interactions. Contribute to employer branding, job descriptions, and recruitment marketing.
