As a Methods Technician/Engineer, you will join the industrialization teams for new industrial vehicle projects (Buses) within the factory. Your main responsibilities will include transforming study documentation into production documentation for mechanical components, writing operating ranges, technical notes, and instruction sheets for production. You will also identify tooling needs, participate in prototype assembly, and validate the developed processes on the assembly line.

Must Have

• Transform study documentation into production documentation for mechanical components (trim, bodywork)
• Write operating ranges, technical notes, and instruction sheets for production
• Identify needs and write requests for tooling (assembly/handling/installations), packaging, preparation
• Participate in the assembly of prototypes/pre-series, assist in manufacturing during the start-up phase
• Validate the developed process (ranges, tools, work instructions, times, etc.) during application on the assembly line, with possible corrections
• Industrial Engineering Technician/Engineer background
• First similar experience in methods, industrialization, process

• You write the operating ranges, technical notes and instruction sheets intended for production.
• You identify needs and write requests for tooling (assembly / handling / installations), packaging, preparation.
• You participate in the assembly of prototypes / pre-series, you assist in manufacturing during the start-up phase.
• You validate the developed process (ranges, tools, work instructions, times, etc.) during application on the assembly line, with possible corrections in the flow.

Qualifications

With a background as an Industrial Engineering Technician / Engineer, you have acquired a first similar experience in methods, industrialization, process.

Your technical expertise, combined with your rigor and interpersonal skills, will allow you to successfully complete this project.
