The role involves driving initiatives to nurture company culture and create a positive candidate journey. Key responsibilities include partnering with C-level executives to strategize hiring needs for the LATAM market, mapping the market for commercial roles, and utilizing HR tech stack to automate recruitment processes. The recruiter will also participate in engagement, social responsibility, and campus recruitment projects, develop employer branding activities, and apply an analytical approach to hiring and retention strategies. Collaboration with the global hiring team and staying updated on HR best practices are also essential. The company has achieved unicorn status with significant funding and is recognized globally for its innovative platform and commitment to social responsibility, particularly in empowering women in STEM.
Must have:

Job Description;
- will drive initiatives that nurture our company culture & create a charming journey for candidates,
- will partner with C-level to successfully identify and strategize hiring needs for the LATAM market,
- will successfully map the market for commercial roles,
- will effectively utilize HR tech stack of Insider to automate the recruitment processes,
- will take active role in the engagement, social responsibility and campus recruitment projects,
- will develop and support employer branding activities & help us exceed borders & march with the best talent out there,
- will follow analytical approach to ensure the effectiveness of the hiring and retention strategies,
- will cooperate with the global hiring team and follow the trends to create HR best practices to stay up-to-date,
- will execute the recruitment strategy with operational excellence while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire, our aim is to become better with every day,
Skills & Requirements:
- have a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
- have experience in SaaS/Tech/Digital recruitment,
