Insider, a B2B SaaS company focused on AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing, is seeking a Recruiter for their Bogota office. The role involves driving initiatives to nurture company culture and create a positive candidate journey. Key responsibilities include partnering with C-level executives to strategize hiring needs for the LATAM market, mapping the market for commercial roles, and utilizing HR tech stack to automate recruitment processes. The recruiter will also participate in engagement, social responsibility, and campus recruitment projects, develop employer branding activities, and apply an analytical approach to hiring and retention strategies. Collaboration with the global hiring team and staying updated on HR best practices are also essential. The company has achieved unicorn status with significant funding and is recognized globally for its innovative platform and commitment to social responsibility, particularly in empowering women in STEM.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- Experience in SaaS/Tech/Digital recruitment
- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Confident, vibrant, and go-getter attitude

- will develop and support employer branding activities & help us exceed borders & march with the best talent out there,
- will follow analytical approach to ensure the effectiveness of the hiring and retention strategies,
- will cooperate with the global hiring team and follow the trends to create HR best practices to stay up-to-date,
- will execute the recruitment strategy with operational excellence while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire, our aim is to become better with every day,
Skills & Requirements:
- have a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
- have experience in SaaS/Tech/Digital recruitment,
