Our client, a specialist in settlement and defect management for residential development, is expanding its NSW operations. They are seeking a Relationship Manager to lead service delivery, manage client relationships, and drive new business across NSW projects. This full-time role offers work-from-home flexibility with regular site engagement, focusing on seamless project delivery and exceptional purchaser experiences.

Must Have

  • Managing settlement and defect management services across multiple NSW projects
  • Serving as the main communication link between developers, builders, consultants and internal teams
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
  • Conducting site inspections and maintaining oversight of project progress
  • Preparing accurate reporting and supporting efficient operational delivery
  • Representing the company at industry events and stakeholder meetings
  • Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing national team environment
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, initiative and the ability to work independently
  • The confidence to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • The willingness to travel interstate as required

Supporting major projects across Australia, they partner closely with developers, builders and industry consultants to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional purchaser experiences. With a strong national presence and a reputation for professionalism, they are now expanding their NSW operations and seeking a driven Relationship Manager to join their team.

About The Opportunity

Working primarily from home with regular site visits, the primary purpose of this role is to lead service delivery across NSW projects while building strong relationships and driving new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing settlement and defect management services across multiple NSW projects
  • Serving as the main comm link between developers, builders, consultants and internal teams

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in off-the-plan residential property or construction (preferred)
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
