We are a multi-site GYG franchise group seeking an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our high-performing restaurants. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive operational excellence, develop a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will take ownership of the restaurant's general running, elevate customer experience, develop the team through recruitment, coaching, and training, and manage inventory and financial aspects.

Job Description

You will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through recruitment, coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
