This 6-month contract role as a Sales Development Representative focuses on building global outbound sales and lead generation for the SMB team. The position involves researching, qualifying, and engaging potential partners and merchants across key markets, offering hands-on exposure to B2B sales operations in a fast-growing fintech environment, blending analytical, communication, and execution skills.
Must Have:
  • Conduct structured market and company research to identify and segment high-potential leads globally.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, market databases, and internal tools for data gathering and enrichment.
  • Support outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce Coda’s payment and digital solutions.
  • Participate in email campaigns, webinar invites, and event-related outreach.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track outreach performance.
  • Maintain records of leads and engagement status in CRM.
  • Work closely with sales operations and internal departments to improve processes.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting on outbound progress and learnings.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging stakeholders across markets.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results in the fast paced environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM or sales tools.

As we expand, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative for a 6-month contract to join our team and contribute to building our global outbound sales and lead generation efforts for the SMB team. The role will assist the international sales team in researching, qualifying, and engaging with potential partners and merchants across key markets. The position offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales operations in a fast-growing fintech environment, blending analytical, communication, and execution skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research & Qualification - Conduct structured market and company research to identify and segment high-potential leads globally. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, market databases, and internal tools for data gathering and enrichment.
  • Outbound Prospecting & Engagement - Support outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce Coda’s payment and digital solutions. Participate in email campaigns, webinar invites, and event-related outreach.
