Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Lead a professional sales team to develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relationship with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short- and long-term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key account customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth. Maintain and grow comparable sales and market share through funnel management and order intake.
  • Act as a single point for strategic account and own relationships. Communicate, align and work across departments including Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain team members, to execute on the account strategy.
  • Responsible for Account funnel, forecast and AOP performance through preparation and execution account plan. Contributes to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies. Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends.
  • Monitors key performance indicators, ensure the completion of contracts with key accounts, and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzes market trends and comprehensive customer data to identify new business opportunities, creating innovative strategies to capture new business opportunities.
  • Develops and negotiates comprehensive contracts and agreements with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support and enhance both client and company objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with over 10+ years of solid experience in sales/ business development, experience in FMCG or Electronic Appliance industry.
  • Demonstrated effective team leadership in leading the team to win in market.
  • Strong business management acumen, Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.

  • Ability to formulate strategies and concepts.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
