Must Have

  • Own range reviews from creating the brief to follow up
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with retailers
  • Influence partners via impartial category expertise to influence change
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and internal teams for seamless execution
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, both internal and external
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple functions
  • Proven analytical skills—fluent with GFK, Nielsen, and consumer data tools
  • Ability to turn online and offline data into meaningful insights that drive action
  • Concise and compelling storytelling
  • At least three years of category management experience

Join us as a Category Manager, responsible for Male Grooming & Beauty taking control of a high-impact category. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a fast-growing category by ensuring the triple win is delivered for your category.

You are responsible for:

  • Creating compelling, insight-led trade stories using data from multiple sources to develop category initiatives that deliver category growth and secure retailer buy-in.
  • Monitor and evaluate category, shopper, and competitor trends to develop actionable insights and recommendations across your categories to your retailers in combination with the Insight & Analytics teams.
  • Range reviews ownership from creating the brief, managing the process, reporting on outcome, and follow up to ensure objectives are met and recommendations implemented.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with retailers. Influencing partners via impartial category expertise to influence change.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, both internal and external.
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple functions both internally and externally.
  • Proven analytical skills—fluent with GFK, Nielsen, and consumer data tools.
  • Ability to turn online and offline data into meaningful insights that drive action.
  • Concise and compelling storytelling.
  • Category management experience of at least three years.
