Product Manager – CSP Bundles & Value-Add Services

Job Summary
As Product Manager for CSP Bundles & Value-Add Services, you will drive growth and value in the CSP ecosystem by owning the portfolio of bundles that combine CSP with FinOps, ITAM, Support Services, and PS credits. Your role involves defining bundle strategy, end-to-end offer design, and PS credit mechanisms, coordinating with various product managers and leads. You will design compelling, profitable, and scalable offers, track performance, drive adoption, and refine offerings based on data and feedback to maximize upsell, cross-sell, and ARPU growth.
Must Have
- Own the CSP Bundles portfolio and define segments, scenarios, and tiering.
- Design bundles including CSP SKUs, included services, SLAs, and PS credit packaging.
- Ensure bundles align with CSP platform constraints and are standardized globally.
- Drive upsell/cross-sell with Sales & Marketing; track attach rate, ARPU uplift, revenue, and PS credit utilization.
- Turn bundle concepts into clear offers, epics, and backlogs; coordinate with Engineering & Delivery for execution.
- Co-create go-to-market motions, enablement materials, and campaigns.
- Gather feedback and use data to continuously improve bundles and credit structures.
- Multiple years' experience in Product Management, Service Design, or Consulting in IT/cloud services.
- Knowledge of CSP and exposure to FinOps, ITAM, Azure, Workplace, Security, Support, or Managed Services.
- Experience defining bundles or value-add services on a platform.
- Comfort with upsell, attach rate, ARPU uplift, simple business cases, and margin.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with PMs, Sales, Delivery, and Finance.

The role
Drive growth and value in the CSP ecosystem! As our Product Manager for CSP Bundles & Value-Add Services, you’ll own the portfolio of bundles that sit on top of the CSP base—combining CSP with FinOps, ITAM, Support Services, and PS credits—to maximize upsell, cross-sell, and ARPU growth. You’ll design compelling, profitable, and scalable offers that sales teams love and customers embrace.
You’ll define bundle strategy, end-to-end offer design, and PS credit mechanisms while coordinating with CSP, Azure, Security, Workplace, Data & AI, Support, Managed Services PMs, and FinOps/ITAM leads. You’ll track performance, drive adoption, and refine offerings based on data and feedback to ensure bundles become a default motion and a stepping stone to Managed Services.
