Job Summary

Join our Monitoring team as a 24/7 Monitoring and Technology Support Analyst. This full-time, hybrid role in Medellín focuses on ensuring operational continuity by proactively detecting incidents and providing support for requests. You will manage various tools, resolve incidents, and contribute to the stable and efficient performance of the company’s technological services. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals passionate about technology and platform monitoring.

Must Have

  • Perform continuous monitoring of applications, services, and technological platforms.
  • Manage tools like SAP (basic level), Transfer, Teradata console, META4, Jenkins, and Infopos.
  • Detect, analyze, and escalate incidents; manage requests within service levels.
  • Create and follow up on tickets using designated tools.
  • Analyze data and indicators to identify abnormal behaviors and propose preventive actions.
  • Document findings, procedures, and best practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in monitoring technological platforms.
  • Experience in database management and information analysis.
  • Availability to work 24/7 shifts.

What your day-to-day would look like:

This role is focused on ensuring operational continuity, proactively detecting incidents, and providing support in handling requests—contributing to the stable and efficient performance of the company’s technological services.

  • Perform continuous monitoring of applications, services, and technological platforms.
  • Manage tools such as SAP (basic level), Transfer, Teradata console, META4, Jenkins, and Infopos.
  • Detect, analyze, and escalate incidents, as well as manage requests and requirements within established service levels.
  • Create and follow up on tickets using the organization’s designated tools.
  • Analyze data and indicators to identify abnormal behaviors and propose preventive actions.
  • Document findings, procedures, and best practices.

What we need to see from you

Profile: Technical or professional education in Systems or related fields, with intermediate to advanced experience in monitoring different platforms, as well as database management and information analysis.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in advanced monitoring and operation of technological platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficiency with Teradata (console), META4, Jenkins, Infopos, and Transfer.
  • Experience in incident and request management.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation of monitoring metrics.
  • Solid handling of ticketing tools.
  • Availability to work 24/7 shifts.
