Job Summary

SoftwareOne and Crayon are seeking a Solution Sales Specialist for Security in Madrid, Spain. This role involves active sales of cybersecurity products and solutions from strategic vendors like Crowdstrike and Trellix. The specialist will conduct customer analysis for cross-selling and upselling, deliver presentations, manage leads, and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and distributors. The position requires solid experience in cybersecurity sales and a goal-oriented mindset.

Must Have

  • Active sales of products and solutions from strategic cybersecurity vendors
  • Customer analysis regarding cross-selling and upselling potential
  • Customer consulting and delivery of presentations on products and solutions
  • Management of leads and tenders
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors
  • Proactive preparation of renewal offers and their expansion
  • Ongoing training and attainment of vendor certifications
  • Solid experience in selling cybersecurity solutions
  • Completed professional training in commercial or technical fields
  • Good understanding of the distribution business
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

The role

Key Responsibilities

  • Active sales of products and solutions from our strategic cybersecurity vendors (e.g., Crowdstrike, Trellix, Skyhigh Security, Tenable, and Trend Micro....).
  • Customer analysis regarding cross-selling and upselling potential, as well as expansion of existing accounts.
  • Customer consulting and delivery of presentations on products and solutions.
  • Management of leads and tenders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors.
  • Proactive preparation of renewal offers and their expansion.
  • Ongoing training and attainment of vendor certifications.
