Candidates can be entry-level or experienced in sales, with a focus on customer acquisition and solution presentation.

Must Have

  • Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads with Account Managers.
  • Present accessibility solutions to create real value for customers and build trust.
  • Manage activities in CRM for smooth team collaboration, potentially including negotiation and deal closing.
  • Contribute ideas to make sales processes more efficient and drive growth.

Good to Have

  • Initial experience in Outbound Sales (B2B or B2C) or deal closing.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Experience in the Swiss market.

Together with our partner Eye-Able, the innovative accessibility tech start-up from Germany, we are looking for motivated sales talents for the Swiss market. Whether you want to take your first steps in sales or already have experience in closing: With us, you take responsibility for acquiring new customers, presenting suitable solutions, and actively shaping our sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identification of new business opportunities: Together with our Account Managers, you actively approach potential customers, qualify leads, and bring them into the pipeline.
  • Presentation of tailored solutions: You present our accessibility solutions in a way that creates real added value for customers and builds trust.
  • Structured management of your activities: You keep an overview in the CRM and ensure smooth teamwork – depending on your experience, you will also take initial steps towards negotiation and deal closing.
  • Shaping processes: You contribute your own ideas to make our sales processes more efficient and drive growth.

What we need to see from you

Knowledge and Skills

  • You are communicative, enjoy actively approaching people, and can inspire others.
  • Self-responsibility and drive characterize you: You work in a structured manner, keep your goals in mind, and want to continuously develop.
  • You are interested in digital solutions and open to new topics.
  • Initial experience in Outbound Sales (B2B or B2C) or even in closing deals is a plus – but motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than a perfect resume.
  • You speak fluent German and good English to communicate confidently in daily customer contact and within the team.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or experience in the Swiss market are also an advantage, but not a must.
