The role * Preparation of quotes for customer software requirements * Coordinate with internal teams (i.e. Sales Support, Finance) as well as external teams (Partners, OEM) to deliver the outstanding customer's experience. * Plan, process, support day-to-day tactical actions (i.e., processing of orders, credits and returns and making suggestions for existing process refinement) and load orders with the vendors using internal ERP/Vendor Portal/Emails * Prioritising and onboarding of new publishers based on customer requirements * Handle client relationships by resolving customer issues related to Quotation, Pricing etc. * Resolving high complexity and proactively following up on highest complexity issues to resolve them with some mentorship along with a vision of working towards ZERO customer concerns. * Build awareness and facilitate client data to business & technical consultants. * Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient processing and delivery of requests. * Advise on Licensing to external as well as internal customers and build trust with your domain expertise. * Handle all types of publisher specific agreement processing within the framework of the publisher agreement. * Act as a central point of contact for all internal and external customers. * Drive sales process improvements, in partnership with leaders.
