Retail Sales Associate / Nike Athlete - All Genders

NIKE, Inc. is seeking an 'Athlete' (Sales Associate) for its retail stores. This role involves providing premium customer service, leveraging product knowledge, assisting with new employee training, managing store operations like cash handling and merchandising, and utilizing digital tools to connect online and in-store experiences. The Athlete will also continuously update their knowledge of NIKE products, services, and culture to contribute to sales objectives and enhance the brand experience.

Must Have

• Leverage expertise in quality service and product knowledge to provide a premium brand experience to consumers.
• Assist Leads and Coaches in training new employees.
• Contribute to smooth store operations (e.g., cash handling, merchandise management, restocking, display organization) and recommend suitable products to achieve sales targets.
• Use knowledge of digital devices to link online and in-store purchases or in-store services.
• Inform consumers and new colleagues about NIKE products and services.
• Improve personal knowledge through tools and training, and understand sales trends, products, services, and NIKE culture.

In our NIKE stores, we use special titles for our positions: for example, "Head Coach" for a store manager, "Assistant Head Coach" for an assistant store manager. Similarly, "Coach" is the term used for a department manager, "Lead" for a team leader, and "Athlete" designates sales associates.

• Improve your own knowledge through our tools and training to stay up-to-date. Also: seek to better understand sales trends, products, services, and NIKE culture.

• Sales experience would be a plus.
