This end-to-end involvement starts with leading the development and execution of shopper activation plans, which are seamlessly aligned with category strategies to craft engaging in-store experiences. Your responsibilities will involve managing partnerships with retailers, optimizing product launches and placements, and ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints. You will also be an integral part of the broader Shopper team in Western Europe, sharing best practices, piloting new strategies, and driving efficiencies together.

You are the right fit if:

  • You are a passionate shopper expert with 10+ years of experience in retail shopper marketing, ideally with experience in developing category strategies.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial part in ensuring in-store excellence, fostering an exceptional shopping experience for consumers.
