Manage the sales of the company's products or services and the development of new accounts and or expansion of existing accounts through both distributions and direct key accounts.
Skills you’ll need:
Manage and coach distributions to achieve and exceed our company goals and objectives.
Manage the direct key accounts for design-ins and promotions, keep close relationship with key personnel.
Manage strategy development.
Manage the global sales efforts ongoing at all engineering and manufacturing sites. Teamwork with FAE AE to support customers.
Manage program coordination.
Manage contact with accounts at a high level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
Contribute to the culture, values, and success of the company by establishing solid relationships with direct reports, other members of the company’s sales team, distributors and customers.
Exemplify high standards in communications, conduct and the execution of business.
Receive assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organization.
Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements.
May have budget responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:
Electronics or related bachelor’s degree or equivalent of training. An advanced degree may reduce the minimum experience requirement.
6 years of experience in semiconductor product sales.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with good presentation skills.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English. Prior experience working with English-speaking counterpart will be a plus.
Proven ability to interact with other company departments
Proven ability to multi-task
Proven ability to operate under pressure and high stress environment
Proven ability to interact with engineers on a technical level
Outstanding customer interface skills
Strong understanding of IC architectures and mixed signal products, experience on wireless products, MCU etc. Broad-based products sales and supports will be preferred.
