Informa Markets, a division of Informa, is seeking a Sales Manager (Outbound) to join their team in Beijing, China. This full-time role involves proactive business expansion, key account management, and customer service for overseas exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, fluent English and Chinese communication skills, and a goal-oriented, results-driven approach, including willingness to travel.

• Be familiar with the working process of overseas exhibitions;

• Have experience in key account sales, be goal-oriented, and cooperate with the line manager to complete the execution of the overall project;

• Proactively carry out business expansion of existing projects and development and execution of new projects;

• Collect and organize customer information, and provide good customer service;

• Establish a high-quality exhibitor database, properly maintain customer data, and effectively manage statistics;

• Understand the industry situation, market trends, main customer resources, and their distribution;

• Communicate and coordinate with external partners of each project to clarify project requirements.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: Have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with experience in exhibition or medical industry sales being preferred;

• Communication Skills: Possess fluent English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, and be able to clearly articulate the value of the project and gain customer trust;

• Goal-Oriented: Have self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset, be able to meet sales targets under pressure, and be willing to travel both domestically and internationally;

• Negotiation Skills: Have good negotiation and relationship management skills, and be able to understand customer needs and provide targeted solutions.
