Penumbra Europe GmbH, part of the global MedTech company Penumbra Inc., is seeking an experienced Sales Manager Peripheral (m/f/d) for the South-West Germany region. This leadership role involves guiding a dedicated sales team in the Peripheral Vascular area, with increasing focus on cardiological applications, and actively developing the market. The position offers significant scope for shaping the market, team, and therapy areas within a highly dynamic environment with innovative products that directly improve patient care.
Must Have
- Lead and develop your team with clarity, empathy, and guidance, fostering individual strengths and independent work, coordinating closely with the Senior Sales Manager Peripheral Germany & Austria.
- Further develop clinical selling competencies, negotiation skills, and communicative impact of your employees.
- Identify potential, set clear priorities, and develop effective growth strategies with your team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, clinical decision-makers, purchasing, and administration.
- Shape team culture by creating an environment where employees feel heard, seen, and valued, actively fostering a performance-oriented, supportive collaboration.
- Lead through visibility and proximity to the market – hands-on, pragmatic, and regularly on-site with customers and your team.

For the South-West Germany region, we are looking for an experienced, communication-strong leader as Sales Manager Peripheral (m/f/d) for the region in South-West Germany.
You will lead a dedicated sales team in the Peripheral Vascular area – with increasing relevance of cardiological applications and actively develop the market further.

Your Impact

- Presence in the field: You lead through visibility and proximity to the market – hands-on, pragmatic and regularly "on site" with customers and your team.
What you bring
- At least 10 years relevant experience in the MedTech industry, ideally in Endovascular, Cardiovascular, Pulmonary Embolism or other complex, clinically demanding therapeutic areas
- Ideally around 3 years of experience in leading and developing employees, as well as a strong coaching mentality and enjoyment in developing teams.
- Demonstrable success in sales of premium products requiring explanation
- Confident clinical selling competence and secure collaboration with doctors, surgical teams and economic stakeholders
- Strong communication and listening skills, combined with empathy, clarity and commitment – even in challenging situations
- Pragmatic hands-on mentality, high flexibility and structured way of working
- Authentic, integral personality with an appreciative leadership style and genuine team orientation
- Ability to confidently lead price and benefit arguments and convey complex content understandably
- Fluent German and good English skills
