As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be crucial in enhancing sales efficiency, managing contract lifecycles, and ensuring smooth deal execution within global FinTech operations. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will drive sales efficiency, manage contract lifecycle processes, and enable seamless deal execution across our global FinTech operations. This role requires a detail-oriented, process-driven, and collaborative individual with a global mindset and a passion for technology and innovation in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Must Have

  • Lead contract approval workflows ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, and product standards.
  • Translate sales data insights into actionable process improvements for operational excellence and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams across time zones for contract alignment.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Salesforce workflows and data quality processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance business processes, systems, and quality checkpoints.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Legal Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in Software or FinTech companies.
  • Strong ability to manage complex workflows, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
  • Clear communication skills with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments and cross-functional project management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.

  • Experience in FinTech industry or regulated financial services environment.
  • Advanced Salesforce administration skills and experience with sales compensation management functions.

Job Description

As a Sales Operations Analyst reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving sales efficiency, managing contract lifecycle processes, and enabling seamless deal execution across our global FinTech operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract approval workflows to drive timely and accurate deal completion while ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, and product standards.
  • Translate sales data insights into actionable process improvements that support operational excellence and revenue growth objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams across time zones to align on contract requirements and ensure streamlined approvals.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Salesforce workflows and data quality processes that support scalability and operational integrity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance business processes, systems, and quality checkpoints for consistent sales execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Legal Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in Software or FinTech companies.
  • Strong ability to manage complex workflows, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and drive process improvements in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments and cross-functional project management.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FinTech industry or regulated financial services environment.

This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
