Job Description

The role is responsible for promoting products through expert campaigns conducted in the delimited geographical area, in order to achieve maximum notoriety, accessibility, visibility, and recommendation at points of sale/recommendation, respecting the commercial marketing/expert strategy. Must have:
  • Efficient planning to visit designated clients with maximum efficiency and minimum costs.
  • Responsible for implementing expert/marketing/commercial strategies and achieving individual and company objectives.
  • Fulfilling objectives regarding the number of visits, according to the Haleon visit model, visit frequency, and other assigned objectives.
  • Creating, maintaining, and developing relationships with clients in the allocated territory, as well as with opinion leaders in the designated territory.
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints.
  • Promotion to increase the recommendation level of Haleon products in the designated territory.
  • Organizing meetings, congresses, symposia where Haleon's participation is required.
  • Informing and developing the knowledge of the target customer group through active detailing of Haleon products.
  • Responsible for allocating and placing promotional materials to achieve maximum visibility.
  • Participation in all mandatory events organized by Haleon (Cycle Meeting, Regional Meetings, etc.)
  • Updating the Haleon database with all clients in the designated territory whenever necessary.
  • Prepares daily activity reports including visits made, promoted medicines, special events, observations, interpretations, messages sent, marketing materials implemented with collaborators using company-provided resources: tablet, phone, laptop.
  • Responsible for data entry, management, and preparation of monthly reports.

About the role

Role Responsibilities

Client Visits

  • Efficient planning to visit designated clients with maximum efficiency and minimum costs.
  • Responsible for implementing expert/marketing/commercial strategies and achieving individual and company objectives.
  • Fulfilling objectives regarding the number of visits, according to the visit model, visit frequency, and other assigned objectives.
  • Creating, maintaining, and developing relationships with clients in the allocated territory, as well as with opinion leaders in the designated territory.

Brand Promotion

  • Promotion to increase the recommendation level of products in the designated territory.
  • Organizing meetings, congresses, symposia where participation is required.
  • Informing and developing the knowledge of the target client group through active detailing of products.

Visibility

  • Responsible for allocating and placing promotional materials to achieve maximum visibility.
  • Participation in all mandatory events organized (Cycle Meeting, Regional Meetings, etc.)
  • Updating the database with all clients in the designated territory whenever necessary. Prepares daily activity reports including visits made, promoted medicines, special events, observations, interpretations, messages sent, marketing materials implemented with collaborators using company-provided resources: tablet, phone, laptop.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in sales/promotion in Pharma OTC / Generic for at least 2 years
  • PC operating knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, reporting systems)
  • Driving license B level
  • Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
  • Very good client relationship building skills
  • Ability to deliver presentations to clients
  • Ability to analyze and work with numbers (client reports, orders, stocks, large number of clients)
  • Negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with a very large amount of information at the same time;
  • Very good organizational skills
  • High resistance to prolonged effort
  • High reaction speed (market campaign implementation, competitor information, etc.)
