Job Summary
Paytm is seeking a Sales Team Lead for its Dairy vertical in Indore/Ujjain. The role involves driving digital payment enablement at dairy outlets and other retail businesses, managing end-to-end sales and operations. Responsibilities include representing the brand, managing customer relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a smart phone, bike, helmet, zeal for growth, good market knowledge, prior channel sales experience managing a sales team of at least 5 members, and an understanding of distribution, expansion, and metrics. Experience in ensuring team earnings through incentives is also required. Success in this role is enhanced by over 3 years of experience in channel and distribution, team handling experience, and proficiency in Excel and sales data tools. A graduate degree or higher is preferred.
