Paytm is seeking an experienced sales professional and people manager for its QR & Sound Box vertical, focusing on assigned rural markets in Madhya Pradesh. Key responsibilities include growing distribution and market share, increasing visibility through QR & Sound Box deployment, recruiting and managing a sales team (FSE), coaching and mentoring team members, planning market strategies, devising communication methods for targets, monitoring quality parameters, conducting audits, ensuring team presence in sales areas, and possessing strong networking and extensive travel capabilities within the specified region.

Locations-Anuppur, Ashok Nagar, Barwani, Sarni, Bhind-Lahar, Khajuraho, Dongar Parasia (Chhindwara), Raghogarh -Vijaypur (Guna), Khategaon,Dabra, Harda,Itarsi, Sihora (Jabalpur),Jhabua, Omkareshwar, Sanawad, Mandla,Shamgarh, Ambah, Narsingpur, Raisen,Biaora, Jaora,Bina,Etawa,Maihar,Ashta,Shajapur,Sidhi,Waidhan,Orchha,Nagda,Umaria
Job Description-
1. Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area (Rural) of operations.
2. Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
3. Identify and Recruit the sales team (FSE) to align and drive business in the market.
4. Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
5. Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
6. Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
7. Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
8. Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
9. Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly
10. Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
 
Skill-
1.      Local Market Knowledge Must
2. Must have high level drive, initiative and self – motivation.
3. Should have team handling experience.
4. Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network
5. Should have good exposure in distribution, ROI & pre sales.
6. Should be graduate / post graduate
7. Should possess good communication and negotiation skills.
8. Basic knowledge of MS Excel . Word & PPT.
