Job Summary
Paytm is seeking a Sales Team Lead for their Transit division. The role involves developing business strategies and sales plans to achieve company goals, creating a successful sales culture, and managing sales teams, operations, and resources to drive growth. Responsibilities include defining sales force structure, coordinating sales training programs, managing customer expectations, and optimizing sales processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of distribution sales experience in fintech, banking, or EDC sales, with a focus on educating merchants about EDC machine benefits, converting them, and managing their accounts. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to execute sales strategies and work collaboratively.
Must Have
- 3+ years of distribution sales experience in fintech, banking/sales, and EDC sales.
- Educate merchants about EDC machine benefits.
- Convert merchants and manage their accounts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Aggressively manage sales strategy execution.
- Work independently and collaboratively.
