Job Description

DreamSetGo seeks a strong SDE 3 - Full Stack Developer to build and scale features for its sports travel platform. Responsibilities include owning the full development lifecycle (design to deployment & monitoring), building scalable and reusable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving complex issues, optimizing platform performance, leading problem-solving and technical decision-making, mentoring junior engineers, and developing microservice-based architecture. The ideal candidate will leverage a tech stack including Node.js, React, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis to deliver real-time, personalized experiences for sports fans.

Your role

We are looking for a strong technical contributor who can actively engage in every stage of the development lifecycle, from design to production. Your focus will be on building and scaling features with hands-on coding, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet complex business requirements.
Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from system design to deployment and monitoring.
Build scalable, reusable code, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues, optimizing platform performance.
Lead by example in solving problems and driving technical decisions, while also mentoring fellow engineers.
Develop and support microservice-based architecture in a distributed system.
