2. 5+ years of work experience, experience with fully launched SLG projects; experience with successful SLG products is preferred.
3. Profound understanding and thinking about mainstream SLG products, familiar with trends in the mainstream mobile game market.
4. Strong system design ability, logical thinking, documentation skills, and execution drive.
5. Strong teamwork and stress resistance; outgoing personality, good at communication; team management experience is preferred.
