Must Have

  • Oversee the end-to-end project management of security assessments, including planning, scheduling, and logistics management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the assessment lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholder communications on behalf of the India team.
  • Review detailed security assessment reports and synthesize thematic reports.
  • Coordinate and conduct validation testing of remediated findings.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within security assessment, IT audit, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assessments concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including remote coordination.
  • Ability to analyze technical reports and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
  • Understand the importance of correct information management.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
  • Correct Information Security Management.

Good to Have

  • Experience in testing validation of remediation efforts.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project management of security assessments, including planning, scheduling, and logistics management for ongoing and new assessment requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the assessment lifecycle to minimize delays and ensure quality delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholder communications on behalf of the India team, ensuring clear, timely, and effective information flow.
  • Review detailed security assessment reports and, when requested, synthesize thematic reports highlighting trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and conduct validation testing of remediated findings to confirm resolution and compliance with security standards.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within security assessment, IT audit, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assessments concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including remote coordination.
