You Will:
- Serve as the primary day to day contact for client communications and campaign updates
- Lead the execution of large scale email marketing programs across multiple brands
- Run regular status meetings, document next steps, and drive accountability with internal and client teams
- Coordinate resources across creative, strategy, technology, and offshore support for seamless project delivery
- Manage project timelines, proactively flag risks, and resolve issues to keep campaigns on track
- Facilitate creative review cycles and ensure client feedback is integrated into deliverables
- Oversee quality assurance, troubleshooting, and final approvals to ensure flawless execution
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners
You Have:
- 3–7 years of account management, client service, or related agency experience (digital marketing or email program experience preferred)
- Proven ability to lead meetings, manage projects independently, and serve as a trusted client advisor
- Polished communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present updates and complex information clearly
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset, you anticipate needs, identify risks early, and act quickly to resolve issues
- A desire to collaborate and be a team player, eager to support colleagues and drive collective success
- Technical acumen or curiosity; familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe) is helpful, but a willingness to learn is most important
