Must Have

  • Serve as the primary day to day contact for client communications and campaign updates
  • Lead the execution of large scale email marketing programs across multiple brands
  • Run regular status meetings, document next steps, and drive accountability with internal and client teams
  • Coordinate resources across creative, strategy, technology, and offshore support for seamless project delivery
  • Manage project timelines, proactively flag risks, and resolve issues to keep campaigns on track
  • Facilitate creative review cycles and ensure client feedback is integrated into deliverables
  • Oversee quality assurance, troubleshooting, and final approvals to ensure flawless execution
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners
  • 3–7 years of account management, client service, or related agency experience
  • Proven ability to lead meetings, manage projects independently, and serve as a trusted client advisor
  • Polished communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate needs, identify risks early, and act quickly to resolve issues
  • Desire to collaborate and be a team player

Good to Have

  • Digital marketing or email program experience preferred
  • Technical acumen or curiosity
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe)
  • Willingness to learn new technologies

You Will:
