Job Description

Luxoft Belgrade is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to join its local accounting team. The role involves managing all accounting records according to regulations, timely submission of monthly VAT settlements, and preparing/supervising WHT and other local reports. Key responsibilities also include tax compliance, preparing Statutory Financial Statements, CF management, and submitting various statistical reports. The specialist will also contribute to accounting policy development, revenue reporting, and provide internal/external ad-hoc reports, working with multiple teams and auditors.

Project description

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Senior Accounting Specialist in our local accounting team in Luxoft Belgrade.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for proper management of all accounting records in accordance with accounting regulations and, external policies and procedures
Timely submission of monthly VAT settlements
Preparation/supervision of WHT and other local reports
Documentation supervision
Tax Compliance
Preparation of Statutory Financial Statements, calculation of deferred tax
CF management
Submission of monthly, quarterly, annual statistical reports
Responsibility for preparing accounting policies and necessary accounting procedures.
Preparing monthly/quarterly revenue reporting and analytics
Provide internal, external Ad-Hoc reports.
Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Work with multiple teams across the organization to assist with deal review and month-end close responsibilities.
Constant education and monitoring of accounting and tax regulations and their implications on the company's accounting policies and operations.
Cooperation with auditors and offices in the field of external audits and controls
Perform other tasks as ordered by the immediate supervisor in connection with the above
