Job Summary
Manages sales of Distributor - HPC within a defined geographical area. Ensures consistent profitable growth, positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Responsibilities include forecasting sales, developing growth plans, coordinating distributor resources, reviewing sales progress, engaging with the market and customers, managing and developing sales teams, and ensuring compliance with sales policies.
Must Have
- Manage sales of Distributor - HPC in a defined geographical area.
- Ensure consistent profitable growth and effective sales personnel management.
- Accurately forecast primary and secondary sales turnover.
- Develop specific plans for product portfolio turnover growth.
- Coordinate distributor resources for efficient sales results.
- Review sales progress, execution score, and direct coverage.
- Work closely with DT team, shop owners, and consumers in the market.
- Manage and develop distributor's salesman field competency.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of Area Sales Manager experience.
- Solid understanding of traditional trade, distributor management, and open trade market.
- Proven team management abilities.
- Strong observation, instinct, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of general trade.
- High responsibility for professional work and compliance.

Job Summary

Role & Responsibility:
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarter, and month turnover, both primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory
- Develop specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UTT’s product portfolio
- Coordinate proper distributors resources to ensure efficient and consistence sales results
- Reviews progress of sales, execution score, direct coverage, and relevant project throughout the year
- Work closely with DT Owner, DT Supervisor, DT Sales force, and closely work in the market. Direct contact with shop owner and consumer.
- Manage personnel and develop distributor’s salesman field competency and skill development.
- Ensure compliances of sales policies, practices and procedures
Qualification and Experience:
- 5 years in Area Sales Manager experience is require.
- Solid traditional trade, distributor management, and open trade market understanding required.
- Team management
- Good observation & Good instinct
- Immediate problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding in general trade
- Require professional work, due diligence and performing responsible tasks as assigned. High responsibility on compliance.
