Job Summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Associate Account Partner to join its growing Customer Success Group (CSG). This role involves professionally solving problems and selling Salesforce's Success Cloud services to help medium to large enterprise customers achieve success on the Salesforce platform. The AAP will collaborate with Service Sales to drive small to medium-sized service deals, requiring strong communication, presentation, and team-selling skills, along with a proactive approach to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Must Have

  • 3-5 years of sales experience and knowledge of sales methodology
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate with executives in LOB (business divisions, user divisions) as well as IT departments
  • Skills to handle clear objections, or experience in dealing with difficult customers and resolving internal issues
  • Experience dealing with medium to large businesses
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively perform tasks under internal and external pressure
  • High skills in discovery, listening, evaluation, and solution sales
  • Ability to work collaboratively and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Department Description:

We are looking for an Associate Account Partner to join our growing CSG (Customer Success Group). AAP is a person who is passionate about solving problems with high professionalism and selling Salesforce services (Success Cloud) to help customers succeed on the Salesforce platform. AAPs require high collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. AAPs work with Service Sales (AP: Account Partner) to support the acquisition of small to medium-sized service deals for medium-sized customers and large enterprise groups. Therefore, a track record of team selling and closing deals in this customer segment is essential. A track record of clearly explaining how our services solve customer problems and how to maximize the benefits from investments in our technology is also required. Furthermore, a growth-oriented, self-motivated, proactive approach, and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are necessary.

Role Description:

  • Develop and regularly update a "Target Achievement Plan" for assigned numerical targets.
  • Create high-quality pipelines and advance sales stages through approaches to customers/partners and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage the quality of your pipeline according to the customer proposal status, and appropriately update each deal in the open pipeline weekly.
  • Understand customer business challenges, define Salesforce service solutions and their business benefits for customers, and propose them to customers.
  • Become a trusted advisor for customers.
  • Create a compelling vision for how to successfully execute projects or programs.
  • Propose our transformative solutions, which aim to generate significant success and business value for customers, and support customers' "digital transformation."
  • Provide customers with Salesforce's global achievements and experience. In customer strategy, effectively collaborate with marketing, business development, solution advisor, and account teams.
  • In proposal activities, clearly define and mutually understand roles with relevant account sales, pre-sales SE, and delivery teams, and proceed with deals based on trust.
  • Utilize industry expertise, buying personas, and business insights to understand customer motivations, business drivers, strategic goals, objectives, and desired business outcomes. Always maintain the motivation to meet or exceed targets.

Minimum Qualifications:
