As a Senior Associate, you will work with a team of problem solvers on high-profile engagements, addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Must Have:
  • Work with other talented PwC professionals on high-profile engagements.
  • Bring expertise to and lead in HR Strategy, HR Organization Design, HR Function Effectiveness and Design.
  • Lead in HR Technology Roadmap and Mobilization (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Payroll, etc.).
  • Lead in Workforce Planning, People Analytics & Insights, and Integrated Talent Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in future of work trends and skills redesign initiatives.
  • Articulate and inquisitive, with substantial experience in designing the future state of HR service delivery and its intersection with artificial intelligence.
  • Considerable years of relevant professional consulting experience, delivering service in a variety of industries.
  • Demonstrated experience of HR function transformation in either a consulting or in-house capacity in a leadership role.
  • Ambitious in building your technical depth and breadth in HR and exposure to cloud-based technology implementations or optimization.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to produce high-quality deliverables that create sustainable value, offering support business development activities including the production of proposals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills that illustrate your open-mindedness and passion for client service excellence.

As an HR of the Future Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with other talented PwC professionals on high-profile engagements.
