Your role:
You will lead developing our global strategy and roadmap for our E2E campaign capability ensuring maximum value realization now but also with a focus on fit for future. You are an experienced campaign strategist with a keen understanding of the various media channels within the campaign execution space as well as how they fit into the E2E digital ecosystem.
You will work closely with business and region leadership to develop and evolve our global campaign strategy and roadmap to ensure we are supplying and building capabilities to meet customer and business needs and opportunities to drive engagement, leads, and order intake.
You will spearhead initiatives such as developing our first-party data strategy for enhanced campaign targeting and piloting innovative media channels to reach our audiences effectively.
You will be at the forefront of driving transformative campaign experiences through development of a comprehensive, global E2E campaign strategy roadmap for B2B Health Systems, as part of the Digital Center of Excellence.
You will harmonize and standardize the campaign strategy in partnership with regional campaign leaders to ensure a cohesive, E2E campaign experience and drive stakeholder alignment of your plan across the organization. Your leadership will shape the creation and delivery of our global campaign enablement initiatives, aligning with the company's strategic vision to scale this critically important capability as a key growth driver.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred. Preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field and 7+ years of experience in E2E Campaign Management/Digital Marketing or similar. Healthcare technology marketing experience a plus.
Exceptional strategic leader, with sharp communication and storytelling skills.
A passionate campaign advocate, who can inspire colleagues through an “outside-in” approach to campaign strategy.
Ability to communicate business cases, strategy and roadmap to influence and advocate in a large, matrixed organization.
Proven experience in senior-level digital marketing/campaign roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing E2E campaign initiatives.
Ability to deeply understand the interplay between campaign strategy and the tech stack/tools that enable that strategy to come to life; expertise in core campaign management platforms/technologies required.
Ability to cultivate innovation, drive digital and agile transformation, and act as a role model with customer focus, quality, integrity, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
