In this role, you will

  • Collaborate closely with global Marketing, Community and Product team to ensure the quality and continuity of our community services.
  • Analyze and report post-release player sentiment.
  • Manage global public communications during patch deployments.
  • Oversee overall community growth strategy and direction to expand community size from Discord, Facebook, Twitter and etc.
  • Participate in day to day communications during publishing process.
  • Manage emergency public communications for urgent issues impacting the game based on an oncall schedule.
  • Monitor social media, identify issues, report or escalate them based on severity.

We are looking for

  • Experience in community management or in LiveOps
  • Hardcore gamer with rich experience especially in PC game. Survival Game, Sandbox Game or Shooting Game fan is a plus.
  • Ability to drive collaboration across language and culture.
  • Experienced in bilding communication frameworks between teams – with a mix of patience and goal orientation to navigate complex cultural, technology and product requirements
  • Proactive, outgoing personality that feels comfortable in a community role
  • Ability to quickly triage and prioritize issues, even under time pressure
  • User-focus, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative.

Salary Range:

USD 75,000--140,000 / year
