Job Description

The Senior Contracts Analyst will support contract inspection in the measurement process, including monitoring penalty spreadsheets, addendums, and local content index, and verifying hour appropriation and measurement documentation. Responsibilities also include analyzing monthly reports, occurrence reports, and contractual correspondence. The role involves issuing quality reports for evidence presented by contractors, providing technical support for supplier performance evaluation, and organizing contractual document archiving. The analyst will also analyze and control foreign currency measurement documentation and monitor invoicing to the client's finance department.

Must Have:

5 years of proven experience in the area of activity
Proficiency in SAP R3 (PS and MM module)
Knowledge of MS-Project or PRIMAVERA (version 6 or higher)
Proficiency in MS-Office Suite
Project management
Education: Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or Systems Analysis
Support contract inspection in the measurement process
Analyze monthly reports, occurrence reports, letters, and other correspondence
Issue reports on the quality of evidence presented by contractors
Provide technical support for supplier performance evaluation
Provide technical support for organizing contractual document archiving
Analyze measurement documentation sent by contractors
Maintain contract measurement control, including goods advancement
Analyze and control foreign currency measurement documentation
Monitor and archive invoicing documents to the CLIENT's finance department

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

5 (five) years of proven experience in the area of activity;
Proficiency in SAP R3 (PS and MM module);
Knowledge of MS-Project or PRIMAVERA (version 6 or higher);
Proficiency in MS-Office Suite;
Project management.

EDUCATION

Education Level: Engineering, Administration, Accounting or Systems Analysis.

ATTRIBUTIONS

Support contract inspection in the measurement process (monitoring penalty control spreadsheets, addendums, ICL - Local Content Index, verification of HH appropriation and measurement proof documentation);
Analyze monthly reports, occurrence reports (RO), letters and other types of correspondence provided for in the contracts signed for project service;
Issue reports on the quality of evidence presented by the EPCI contractor or other contractors to support the measurement of services related to the cost planning of the EPCI contract or other project contracts;
Provide technical support in the supplier performance evaluation process;
Provide technical support in organizing the archiving of contractual documents in physical and electronic media, according to corporate guidelines;
Analyze the measurement documentation sent by contractors;
Maintain contract measurement control, including the control of goods advancement;
Analyze and control the documentation presented regarding measurement in foreign currency, requesting opinions from corporate areas if necessary;
Monitor and archive invoicing documents to the CLIENT's finance department, controlling effective payment dates, including discounts and other applicable information.
