Job Summary
The Senior Enablement Manager at Rain, a venture-backed fintech, will drive GTM strategy, processes, and support to enhance deal-winning capabilities. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations & Enablement, this high-visibility role impacts revenue growth and GTM execution. Must Have
- Design and deliver sales enablement programs aligned with business priorities
- Build and execute a world-class onboarding experience for new hires
- Develop scalable training curricula and playbooks
- Collaborate with marketing and GTM leadership for content alignment
- Measure enablement initiatives through clear metrics
- Manage the GTM content repository
- Standardize and optimize the RFP and proposal response process
- Project manage RFP and RFI response process
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in enablement, GTM strategy, RFP administration, deal strategy, market intelligence, and/or similar role
- Proficiency in HubSpot (administration, customization, user training)
- AI/Technology forward-thinking and curious about industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated, strong communication & problem-solving skills

About the role
The Senior Enablement Manager will play a critical role within the GTM organization, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations & Enablement. This individual will serve as the connective tissue between sales, RevOps, and other cross-functional teams, driving strategy, processes and support required to win deals. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on revenue growth and GTM execution, requiring a strong blend of GTM experience, and enablement acumen. The right candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
- Design and deliver sales enablement programs that align with business priorities, driving performance across GTM teams
- Build and execute a world-class onboarding experience that accelerates new hire ramp and reinforces company culture
- Develop scalable training curricula and playbooks that address skills gaps and enhance selling effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing and GTM leadership to ensure content is comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with market trends and customer needs
- Measure enablement initiatives through clear metrics, continuously iterating for improvement
- Manage the GTM content repository and ensure that all information is accurate, easily and readily accessible at point of need
- Standardize and optimize the RFP and proposal response process
- Project manage RFP and RFI response process, ensuring messaging is differentiated, compelling, and customer-centric
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in enablement, GTM strategy, RFP administration, deal strategy, market intelligence, and/or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including administration, customization, and user training
- AI/ Technology forward-thinking - willing to learn new systems and becoming the subject matter expert for internal troubleshooting and optimization, curious about staying updated on industry trends and new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Detailed oriented, self motivated, strong communication & problem-solving skills

Compensation:
$130,000 to $150,000 base salary + bonus
Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
