This role involves comprehensive support for R&D operations, focusing on material code management, cross-functional coordination, and data governance. Key responsibilities include setting up and monitoring material codes in SAP/MDG, coordinating with stakeholders for BOM updates and costing, and ensuring data integrity. The position also covers procurement, asset management, vendor administration, and lab coordination, requiring expertise in ERP management, SAP, MDG, and basic Salesforce knowledge.
Must Have:- Set up material code extensions using SAP, MDG workflows and change requests.
- Manage new warehouse or plant-specific material codes based on demand.
- Monitor existing codes under deletion status; facilitate their reactivation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for BOM, production, DG, costing, pricing updates.
- Assist R&D teams in updating BOMs in toll manufacturing plants.
- Lead or coordinate Master Data updates like shelf-life changes.
- Escalate and troubleshoot issues around deletion statuses, sales BOM, safety stock.
- Provide MDG team training on workflows, change request processes, and data governance.
- Execute data integrity checks to confirm correct SAP data maintenance.
- Deliver regular updates on MDG requests, statuses, and governance metrics.
- Monitor and respond to inbound emails and Salesforce/CRM requests.
- Navigate change requests through approval workflows.
- Track and report on service-level targets, SLAs, and completion timelines.
- Create PRs and POs for AMC, calibrations, material sourcing, and Capex projects.
- Monitor and track Capex spending and ensure budget compliance.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure GRNs are generated and invoices processed.
- Create new vendor codes in the system; maintain vendor master data.
- Liaise with service providers on lab technician attendance, salary, and contracts.
- Ensure all vendor formalities are aligned with contractual SLAs.
- Track lab housekeeping materials, Safety Tools and initiate procurement.
- Own logistics of material supply, ensuring timely provision for lab needs.
- Hold a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
- Possess minimum 5 years of experience in ERP Management.
- Have experience in SAP and MDG Workflow.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Basic Salesforce Management.
