1. Over 3 years of experience in European card (non-Q-version) projects, skilled in "cartoon modeling" and "light realistic material" depiction. Strong perception of color, bright and rich color schemes in works, strong modeling ability, and emotional appeal.
2. Lively and optimistic thinking, able to quickly produce activity plans and packaging directions based on activity needs or goals, and use personal R&D experience to promote design implementation. Able to enrich visual expression through 3D assistance and other means.
3. Have a certain predictive ability for different activity nodes (such as Spring Festival, Valentine's Day, Qingming Festival), quickly grasp key design points based on current popular topics and elements, and execute them.
4. Strong desire for exploration, preferably with some UE or small gameplay design ability, to help the project team co-create.
