Must Have

- Strong adaptability to various art styles (realistic, stylized).

Based on the original design intent, complete the modeling, hand-painted textures, and material expression of 3D character models. Reasonably supplement and create parts not clearly expressed in the original design (such as the back, details) to demonstrate artistic creativity and aesthetic ability, creating attractive character images.
Able to reasonably wireframe character models according to animation requirements and collaborate to complete the final adjustment of engine resources.
Proficient in the Unity engine, understand PBR workflow logic, and able to communicate smoothly with upstream and downstream 3D character teams.
Possess outsourcing management experience and feedback communication skills.
