2. Collaborate with various departments to control the entire process from concept art to final assets, optimize model effects, adjust model details according to game needs, and ensure performance optimization.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in art or related majors, with a solid professional art foundation, modeling ability, color theory knowledge, proficient in human anatomy, cloth simulation, and hard surface modeling, capable of creating high-quality realistic characters.
2. 5+ years of 3D character modeling experience, having participated in at least 2 realistic style game projects (wasteland or sci-fi themes preferred), with experience in coordinating and managing outsourcing.
3. Familiar with the PBR production process, proficient in modeling and texturing tools such as Maya, Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer, and proficient in using the Unity engine.
4. Possess professionalism, good self-management awareness, high stress resistance, ability to actively integrate into a team, and strong teamwork skills.
5. Passionate about the game and animation industry, with a strong interest in games, animation, and movies.
