Job Summary
Greenworks is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant/Analyst to support its Greenworks brand. This role involves active participation in monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, sales taxes, and assisting with audits and payroll. Key responsibilities include month-end journal entries and reconciliations, preparing and distributing monthly financial reports, assisting with sales tax filings and external audits, preparing biweekly payroll journal entries, fixed asset management, and annual report filings. The position also requires working with cross-functional teams to measure and calculate company KPIs.
Must Have
- 5+ years of Accounting/Taxes experience
- SAP 4 Hanna ERP system experience
- Financial Planning/Analysis experience
- Account Reconciliation experience
- Month-End closing experience
- Sales usage taxes filings experience
- Familiar with GAAP policies
- Detail-oriented with good planning and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe software

Position Summary:
SGM is looking for a senior level Accountant/Financial Analyst to further grow its Greenworks brand. This position will have an active role in the monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, Sales taxes, assisting in auditing and payroll.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Month-end journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports to senior management
- Assist with Sales Taxes filing
- Assist with External auditing
- Prepare biweekly payroll journal entries
- Fixed asset management
- Annual reports filings
- Working with cross functional teams to measure and calculate company KPI’s
Required Education and Experience:
- 5 + years of Accounting/Taxes experience
- SAP 4 Hanna ERP system experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA Certificate
- Master’s degree
A proven track record of:
- Financial Planning/Analysis
- Account Reconciliation
- Month-End closing
- Sales usage taxes filings
- Accomplished contributor with cross-functional team experience
- Must be familiar with GAAP policies and procedures
- Superior organizational, planning and time management skills and must be detail oriented
- Proficient with computer software applications including MS Office Suite and Adobe software
