Game Research Center(GRC) is a department focusing on game industry study, game analysis, game design research, data analysis and game development supporting. We’re one of the world’s leading research facility in game industry, building a global knowledge tank to help our teams make better decisions. We’re looking for innovative and passionate team members who love all kinds of games and have insight about the challenging global market.
1. Gather and distill global gaming insight including (but not limited to) emerging genre opportunity, innovative game design, player behaviors, market trend, monetization, etc.
2. Partner up with development team leads by providing actionable strategy derived from gaming insights.
3. Construct and present comprehensive competitor analysis.
4. Conduct researches with the emphasis on providing in depth product design and feature analysis that will be used to inform best design decisions.
5. Provide industry best practices on GaaS (game as a service) and work with game developers to formulate GaaS systems that best compliment the gameplay.
6. Support the ongoing development effort of top GaaS titles across all mobile, console and PC gaming platforms to create next-gen gameplay and innovative monetization design.
1. 3-5 years of experience as a Game Designer, Game Marketing Manager, Game Researcher, Game Analyst, or equivalent work experiences.
2. Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
4. Strong research and analytics skills.
5. Experienced in parsing through raw data on a spreadsheet to derive actionable insight.
6. Experienced in presenting study findings to senior management.
