Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer, BR, you will play an important role in shaping the creative direction at Team Liquid. This position involves developing, managing, and executing high-impact visual assets across multiple platforms. A core aspect of this role is encouraging a feedback-focused environment, ensuring design consistency, and guiding junior designers. You will contribute to the evolution of design systems, while working closely with internal teams, including marketing and content.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute high-impact visual concepts and campaigns across multiple platforms, from ideation to final delivery.
• Ensure all designs align with Team Liquid's visual identity and brand guidelines. Create innovative assets in both static and motion that elevate brand storytelling and impact.
• Maintain and evolve Team Liquid's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.
• Help update design systems, including branding and style guides, to guide scalability.
• Contribute to refining design systems, including but not limited to brand and motion design to enhance visual storytelling.
• Experiment with new tools, techniques, and trends to push creative boundaries.
• Work with marketing, content, and creative teams to align design work with broader strategic goals.
• Act as a design stakeholder in various campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, offering constructive feedback and assisting with their growth. Conduct design reviews, offering direction and mentorship to junior designers.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from conceptualization to execution, handling all aspects of design.
• Identify areas for improvement in creative workflows, tools, and techniques to optimize design output and efficiency.
• Introduce innovative approaches to creative processes to enhance continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and motion graphics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of design concepts, typography, and photo retouching.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proven experience guiding junior designers through the creative process.
• In-depth knowledge of current design trends, especially in esports, gaming, and the entertainment industry.
• Fluent in English.

You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have: 

• Interest in gaining deeper insights into esports and gaming culture, and alignment with Team Liquid’s brand.
• Interest in Web3 and related technologies.
• Experience with UI/UX design and 3D modeling.
• Proficiency in Blender, Cinema4D, or similar tools for creating 3D assets.
• Awareness of digital item design trends (e.g., in-game skins).

This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
