Autodesk is transforming how our customers onboard, adopt, and succeed with our products. We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Senior Group Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers focused on post-purchase personalization, in-app guidance, and customer growth experiences across Autodesk’s GTM platform for design and make customers.

In this role, you will define and scale intelligent, adaptive experiences that help customers quickly realize value, deepen product mastery, and expand their usage across Autodesk solutions. You will drive the strategy and execution for how we leverage modern technology—including AI-driven personalization, workflow intelligence, cross-product data, and predictive analytics—to craft delightful, outcome-oriented customer journeys.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires a strong product leader, systems thinker, and operator who can align across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy

  • Define the multi-year strategy for Autodesk’s post-purchase personalization and growth ecosystem, spanning onboarding, activation, engagement, skill development, and account expansion
  • Champion a customer-centric, data-informed vision for how Autodesk leverages AI/ML, large-scale behavioral signals, and product usage intelligence to personalize experiences at scale
  • Establish a unified framework for in-product guidance, content delivery, and lifecycle engagement across multiple products and platforms

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance, high-ownership culture
  • Partner deeply with cross-functional leaders (Engineering, experience design, visual design, Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing) to align on strategy, roadmaps, and execution priorities
  • Elevate product craft and operational excellence across the team, including discovery practices, experimentation rigor, and delivery predictability

Execution & Impact

  • Drive roadmap development and execution for intelligent onboarding flows, contextual guidance systems, recommendation engines, personalization frameworks, and lifecycle growth features
  • Partner with Data Science and Analytics to build predictive experiences that identify customer needs, reduce friction, and surface proactive value
  • Create and scale experimentation programs (A/B, multivariate, holdouts) to validate hypotheses and measure impact on key customer and business metrics

Collaboration & Influence

  • Advocate for post-purchase growth as a strategic lever for Autodesk’s success, influencing executive stakeholders with clear narratives and insights
  • Collaborate with product teams across Autodesk to embed personalization capabilities into existing and new products
  • Build trusted relationships with Design, Research, and Customer Experience teams to ensure learnings from customers translate into actionable improvements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years leading PM teams or managing PMs directly
  • Proven success driving post-purchase, onboarding, personalization, or lifecycle growth initiatives in a SaaS or platform environment
  • Demonstrated experience building AI-powered or data-driven products, personalization engines, recommendation systems, or intelligent workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of experimentation, metrics, customer research, and behavioral data analysis
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—capable of influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves operating style with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling customer engagement systems across a multi-product or multi-platform organization
  • Knowledge of modern AI, ML, LLMs, and predictive analytics—particularly in personalization or recommenders
  • Experience working with enterprise software customers
  • Passion for shaping products that help customers unlock their creativity, efficiency, and growth with Autodesk
