Our IT department is growing fast. Along with that growth come complex challenges, exciting projects, and highly specialized teams like Infrastructure, Developer Experience, Data Engineering, Web Development and Framework. Each group plays a crucial role in making our platform faster, smarter, and stronger. But none of that happens without the right people — and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will take ownership across these domains and lead the full recruitment cycle from the first conversation with a hiring manager to overseeing onboarding and probation completion. This isn’t a “fill the role and move on” job. You’ll be expected to pioneer changes, suggest better ways of working, and partner closely with teams to make sure we’re hiring the best people. You’ll challenge, refine, and adapt the process constantly to meet the real needs of the business.
