This role involves leading the administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM and its related modules. What you’ll do:
Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM and related modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting).
Manage Workday roadmap, release management, and system upgrades, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionality.
Partner with HR and business leaders to translate needs into system solutions, driving process automation and data-driven decision-making.
Oversee Workday security, compliance, and data integrity across all modules.
Lead and mentor a team of Workday analysts, providing guidance on solution design, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage vendor relationships (Workday, implementation partners, third-party tools) and ensure value delivery.
Design and deliver Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations and executive decision-making.
Establish governance framework, best practices, and documentation standards for Workday processes.
Support HR technology strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
10 to 13 years of experience with Workday HCM; at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
