Senior Java Developer

Gameloft is seeking a dedicated, talented, and passionate Senior Java Developer to join their team in Barcelona. The role involves playing a leading part in building the next-generation game backend services platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and the infrastructure team to create state-of-the-art products for games, contributing to a cross-functional agile development team focused on innovative enterprise-level technology solutions. This position involves working with cloud technologies that manage over 10 billion requests daily from millions of active players across numerous games.

We are looking for a motivated senior software developer that can and will find the best solutions. He or she will work closely with our clients and the infrastructure team to create state of the art products for our games.

You will help create and be part of a cross-functional, cross-studio agile development team creating innovative enterprise-level technology solutions. You will be working with state-of-the-art cloud technologies that manage over 10 billion requests per day from over 20 million active players across over 100 games.

You will be in charge of development, deployment, support and maintenance of services that support Gameloft’s online gaming infrastructure: multiplayer services, leaderboards, authentication, social networks and many more.
